  • Beer Can Chicken with Vegetables
    1. Step 1 of 6: Beer Can Chicken with Vegetables

      Cut off top of beer can (still full) or fill chicken holder with beer.

    2. Step 2 of 6: Beer Can Chicken with Vegetables

      Place chicken over beer can or chicken holder. Tuck the wings over so they don't burn.

    3. Step 3 of 6: Beer Can Chicken with Vegetables

      Coat chicken with oil, seasoning, salt, and pepper.

      Place the chicken on the grill at medium-high heat for 45-minutes to an hour.

      Trim the tough ends off the asparagus and dice the onion into medium sized chunks. Place vegetables around chicken about 10 minutes before chicken is fully cooked.

      Take Chicken off heat and serve.

  • Whiskey Grilled Peaches with Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
    1. Step 1 of 4: Whiskey Grilled Peaches with Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt

      Quarter peaches and place in bowl. Add brown sugar, nutmeg, and whiskey to the peaches and mix. Let soak for 15 minutes.

      Place peaches on the grill at medium-high heat. Cook until soft and colored, about 5 minutes.

      Remove peaches from grill and place back into whiskey mixture. Soak them for 2-3 minutes.

      Put a dollop (about 1/4 cup) of yogurt on your plate and top with 3-4 grilled peaches. Grate nutmeg onto of peaches and yogurt as a garnish.

      The more the peaches soak, the more whiskey flavor they will have.

2 tablespoons of Jerk Seasoning
1 large white onion
1 bunch of asparagus
1 beer can (or beer can chicken holder)
**1 bottle of brown ale - if using chicken holder
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
For the Peaches:
3 Whole Peaches
2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
1 whole nutmeg
1/4 cup of whiskey
1 cup of Vanilla Yogurt

For the Chicken:
