  • Prepping the Turkey
    1. Step 1 of 3: Prepping the Turkey

      Clean cavity of bird and insert rosemary and sage. Microwave onion and apple cut in half.

    2. Step 2 of 3: Prepping the Turkey

      After the apple and onion have cooled. Insert in the cavity of the bird.

    3. Step 3 of 3: Prepping the Turkey

      Insert a probe in the turkey and cook until the internal temperature is 180 degrees.

1 cup kosher salt
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 gallon vegetable stock
1 tablespoon black peppercorns
1 1/2 teaspoons allspice berries
