  • Trisha's Cheese Boat
    1. Step 1 of 3: Trisha's Cheese Boat

      Cut up red pepper, tomatoes, and green onion. Add to 2 soften 8-oz. blocks of cream cheese.

    2. Step 2 of 3: Trisha's Cheese Boat

      Add hot sauce, chili powder, cheddar cheese, and corn beef. Mix evenly.

    3. Step 3 of 3: Trisha's Cheese Boat

      Take the top off the loaf of bread and scoop out the middle. Add the cheese mixture and bake on 350 until the top is golden brown.

1 loaf French or Italian bread
Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, at room temperature
10 ounces sharp Cheddar, grated (about 2 1/2 cups)
6 ounces corned beef, such as Carl Buddig, finely chopped
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, cored, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce, such as Tabasco
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Large corn chips, for serving

Trisha's two cheeses and corned beef dip comes in its own bread boat.

Cheese Boat

1 loaf French or Italian bread
Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, at room temperature
10 ounces sharp Cheddar, grated (about 2 1/2 cups)
6 ounces corned beef, such as Carl Buddig, finely chopped
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, cored, seeded and finely chopped
